Your Support Matters

Beyond Blindness delivered the most innovative and advanced Journey of Care to 2,200 individuals in 2024 and – with your help – will reach our bold goal of serving more than 2,680 children and family members outlined in our strategic plan. Each year, we provide approximately 500 children and 1,000 family members with life-changing resources that provide hope for a brighter future.

75% of children served at Beyond Blindness come from low to moderate income households and we are only able to provide our services with underwriting through philanthropic financial support provided by generous benefactors. We believe children can overcome any obstacle given the right tools and with family and community support. With your support, Beyond Blindness will empower kids and their families with integrated services that support their child’s development and the whole family.

About Us

Beyond Blindness is a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive and specialized services for children with visual impairments and other disabilities and their families. We are the only provider in the Greater Orange County area, outside of medical care, that specializes in working with individuals from birth to 22 years of age whose therapists have specialized training in vision and the developmental delays that often accompany visual impairment. We believe children can overcome any obstacle given the right tools and with family and community support. We help them reach important developmental goals while providing a safe and inclusive space to thrive.
